A large Insurance provider is looking for a new Head of Group Compliance to work in their Hampshire office. This is a great opportunity to work in a position that requires high responsibility within a large Financial Services provider, reporting in to the Compliance Director.
This person will be responsible for the Group Compliance function and will have proven managerial experience at a similar firm. This person will assess internal and external compliance regulations. You will have a strong knowledge of FSA regulations and will be able to oversee compliance monitoring and perform assessment and testing, making reports for the Board. You will be responsible for training staff members and maintaining a good compliance culture within the firm.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the Insurance Broking market and proven experience in a similar role. This role is offering £60,000 and all queries should be addressed to Alex Sanson.
