Head of Digital Marketing - Grantham, Lincolnshire - A major UK Charity has engaged the Ashdown Group to assist them in their search for a new Head of Digital. The digital team is based in Grantham, but the role will carry responsiblity for the entire organization's digital strategy including all marketing output and the provision of infrastructure to support the digital estate.

The organization is undergoing major change at present, with a strong focus on enhancing their online presence, so the successful candidate will have a track record of structuring and delivering fundamental change as well as building and developing a team to deliver against short, medium and long term strategies. Your track record will include experience of managing major, public facing web sites and marketing services digitally, ideally to businesses and consumers alike. The role is likely to suit someone with a formal marketing qualification who has focused on digital marketing in recent years.
