Head of Digital-Berkshire- 40-55k

Avanti Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Head of Digital for a Creative agency based in the Berkshire region. This position is a key role within the agency that will look for the successful candidate to drive the activity of the Digital team to achieve targets in new client acquisitions and successful campaigns. The agency has been in business for over 10 years and has an excellent client base across a number of sectors. The successful candidate must have a strong background in the Digital space, ideally from a creative or digital agency.

Essential Skills
Strong background in a digital, client facing role
Extensive experience in Digital Marketing solutions including E-marketing and SMS.
A proven track record of developing a high performing team.
Strategic mind set including experience in delivering strong digital pitches and Project Management.
A background in Wire framing, technical specifications etc. is an essential skill

Desirable skills
Experience in working with the Kentico platform
