You will be a key member of planning team to raise the design quality and value add to the design strategy of the group. You will be challenged by the highly diverse job scope and be rewarded with seeing your ideas come to fruition in the built environments.
Person Specification
To apply for the job, you will need to have Degree in Architecture / Urban Design with qualification as Qualified Person. With 10 years of master planning / urban design / architecture experience and possess implementation experience for large scale projects. You will also need to have strategic in thinking, good understanding of design, project management and building process of architecture and estate masterplanning. Experience in supervisory management, design management and Residential and Mixed-use development would be an advantage. This position requires you to station in Shanghai and willing to travel to other cities in China.
