About the Role:

Responsible for driving and implementing the customer experience function. Responsible for:-

  • Setting up processes and procedures for measuring NPS
  • Driving and implementing customer sentiments
  • Implement mystery shopping schemes

What we’re looking for:

Dynamic self-starter who cherishes the value of working in a diverse and fast paced team. Able to operate independently. Natural leader who can inspire people to deliver beyond what is asked of them. Comfortable dealing with senior exec as well as influencing peers with conflicting priorities. Very analytical and attention to detail. Customer champion!

About the Offer:

Salary £50-70k + Bonus + Bens, this role is based in Malta and will require travel.
