Our client, an international blue chip organisation in Hampshire is recruiting for the Head of Business Planning and Analysis. This is a new role which has come about due to a company restructure.
The main purpose of the role is to-
• Provide commercial leadership through strategic input to Sales and Marketing, pricing strategies and management of financial initiatives to drive sales growth and productivity.
• Own all aspects of the financial appraisal, forecasting and monthly performance reporting collaborating broadly with key functions
• Lead the management and development of direct reports
Key Accountabilities are-
Lead the budget financial planning process and budget goals, partnering with key managers across different functions:
• Develop deep commercial and financial understanding of key sales, cost and profit drivers
• Provide BPA leadership to complete month end process including forecasting
• Prepare and present Strategic and Financial business reviews
• Working with the sales and brand teams providing project and financial leadership for price strategies and implementation of price change projects
You will be-
• Qualified CIMA, ACA, ACCA accountant (or equivalent qualification)
• Educated to degree level, other further business education eg MBA preferred
• Have exceptional business partnering and commercial financial leadership skills
• Development of Brand and Key Account Product Pricing models
• Strategic thinker, strong results focus, proactive
