Hudson are currently partnering with this leading Global business is their search for a Head of Reward and Analytics. Reporting into the Reward Director, Europe this is a very senior and highly visible position managing a team with responsibility for driving the strategic delivery of Reward Analytics across the whole business.

The role will primarily involve working proactively with the business to provide key market data so they can continue to maintain a competitive edge. You will be responsible for selecting market data providers and managing this relationship as well as key relationships with HR colleagues and internal customer groups.

The successful candidate will need to be degree educated and ideally CIPD qualified with advanced Excel skills and experience of job evaluation methodologies (preferably Hay). You will be highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex statistical data in a clear, simple and succinct manner.

This position will require the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate evidence of working with challenging stakeholders with solid experience of communicating and influencing with senior stakeholders. Equally important is the demonstrated ability to use innovative practices to facilitate change.
