The successful applicant will be fully involved in all aspects of Food Service & Quality, Kitchen management and development of the kitchen brigade, financial performance managing costs and stock levels, managing food safety.

Basic Job Description
- To ensure the implementation and monitoring of brand standards and service levels are achieved in all areas.
- Manage and control departmental costs and controls.
- Review and implement local and departmental product/service knowledge to maximise sales.
- Monitoring and managing compliance with all legislation relevant to your department
You will currently be an experienced hotel chef; this is not a first appointment head chef role and is a hands on operational role.
