This old school style members club based in W14 is looking for a head chef to help run the brigade of 8, serving a staff restaurant, members lounge / bistro & bar and function suite for up to 120 covers! Traditional menus in the members bistro and bar and very versatile with options for the function menus, Ingredients are seasonal and fresh at every opportunity. This venue is very busy on certain times of the year for annual events and competitions.
The right candidate will need to have great organisation skills with flair and creativity for when settled and maybe looking at menu changes for the seasons and ever changing specials menus. Averaging 40 hours a week 5 in 7 and looking for someone to start as soon as possible. A banqueting back ground would be beneficial also management and accountability with paperwork essential.
After probation there are options of pension and private medical for the candidate
