- Full autonomy in writing the menus
- Training and development of the brigade

- Health and Hygiene
- Liaising with local suppliers
- Ordering
Person Specification
- Passion
- Experience working with fine dining and banqueting
- Flexible with working patterns, some split shifts
- Full financial acumen
- A passion and understanding of local, seasonal and organic produce
