Organisation Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Head Chef for an independent hotel on the coast between Newcastle and Berwick-Upon-Tweed. The restaurant and bar have recently undergone sifnificant refurbishment and they are looking for a talented chef to play an integral part in the future success.
Job Description
You will have responsibility for the entire kitchen function, including the management and development of your brigade of 5. Traditional British with an emphasis on quality and seasonality for the dishes that are served in the bar area and off the higher end restaurant menu.
A mixture of straights and splits working 5 days from 7.
Person Specification
You will have experience in a similar role or have worked as a Senior Sous.
