HR GO are seeking a creative and competent Sous Chef for this popular gastro-pub near Sherborne. You will have worked in a similar background and looking for an opportunity to work under an experienced Head Chef learning new skills in the kitchen. You will be confident enough to run the kitchen in the head chef's absence.
This restaurant offers over 60 covers in the restaurant and a further 40 in the garden during summer, using local produce and suppliers and delivering well executed dishes to its diners.
