This Oxfordshire business is privately owned and is looking to re-think the food offering on 2012. They currently offer a fresh, local and seasonal menu consisting of pub classics cooked well and some with a modern twist. They are happy to look at staying along these lines but jazzing things up a bit, or would look at something a bit different, i.e. Anglo French.

We are looking for a Head Chef for this Oxfordshire business that can come in and hot the ground running. Full of ideas, easy to get on with and with a good business brain for GP we are looking for a Head Chef in Oxfordshire that can take this business forward. The kitchen is pretty small but a perfect size for the other 2 members of staff you will have to look after.

Package for Head Chef, Henley, Oxfordshire;

• Basic salary: £25K
• Bonus £7K (Some guarenteed)
