As a Service Manager you will be responsible for a fast paced dedicated team of technicians and MOT testers. You must have excellent customer facing skills and have a highly organised approach. The successful you will a proven track record in running a service and growing not only the business but also developing the team. Applicants need to be able to work to KPI's, targets and ideally have a good understanding of profit and loss.
