GYM / Health Club Manager - Lyuxury Health Club London London

My client is the countries leading health & fitness brands specialising in the treatment of musculo-skeletal conditions and injuries and bespoke exercise solutions.

We are looking for an outgoing and inspirational Front of House Manager to oversee the running of our Physical Health Centre in East London.  This is a very hands-on role where you will be directly responsible for coaching and developing your reception, and sales teams whilst engaging with the members and prospects alike to help create a real 'club' atmosphere.

To be considered, you will be a successful front of house or club manager within a commercial health club environment with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and providing exemplary customer service. You will have a thorough knowledge of sales, promotions, budgets, retention and staff management. You will also be creative with a proven ability to 'think outside the box' when it comes to driving sales and service levels to ensure the brand is continuously pushing the boundaries in the market place. Your strong interpersonal skills and approachability will be as important as your commercial awareness and you will be able to demonstrate an ability to attract and retain members while ensuring operational efficiency and high standards of service at all times.

You will work closely with the senior management team, consistently demonstrating excellent communication and motivational skills and add real value to the brand.

Any one with Medical Sports Therapy,  Gym background etc will be considered must be a very good communicator and good appearance etc
