Guest Relations within luxury serviced apartments

We are presently looking to recruit someone to work within guest relations for a luxury serviced Apartments Company based in Kensington. A driving licence is preferable for this role.

Candidates must have:

• Previous experience of working within guest relations for hotels or serviced apartments (1 years minimum experience required)
• A strong background in hospitality
• A driving licence is preferred
• Strong leadership skills and an excellent sense of organisation
• A confident and positive attitude along with a passion for providing a first class service
• Excellent computer skills and a business minded personality
• A good knowledge and experience of housekeeping operations within hotels or apartments

Main responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the managing of guest operations and housekeeping in the absence of the general manager
• Maintaining the high standards of personalised service set by the company
• Meeting and greet guests and escort them to their properties
• To meet VIP and long stay guests and ensure all of there requirements and requests are met
• Responding to out of hours emergency calls as and when requested
• Property administration, checking guests in and out and ensuring all records are up to date.
• Responding to guest complaints and requests.
• Creating daily and weekly housekeeping schedules in line with occupancy
• To Liaise with housekeeping agency to ensure sufficient staff numbers
• Ensuring Housekeeping staff are fully trained
• Checking all apartments prior to guest arrival
• Ensuring all bedroom facilities are in good working order
• Controlling housekeeping supplies, linen stock and par stocks
• To Liaise with the maintenance department
