Job Description
1. Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations for branches and divisions
2. Support Head of Group Accounts with preparing monthly/ quarterly company Management and Financial Accounts under IFRS accounting principles
3. Support preparation of Management reporting packs and Variance analysis to Head of Group Accounts-monthly/quarterly
4. Support preparing reporting packs to Japan by the 7th working day of the quarter end
5. Support preparing the Group consolidated statutory accounts under IFRS
6. Support with preparing quarterly group VAT reports
7. Accounting for European Cash Pooling and reconciliations
8. Other ad hoc duties to meet reporting deadlines for company and group.
