Job Description
Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, key projects to be completed in 4 months:
- Completion and filing of the company P11D’s
- The completion of the 2011 audit pack, which includes the completion (from start to finish) of the group statutory accounts which will involve foreign subsidiary consolidations.
- 2011 Company Taxation analysis.
- Company Annual Insurance Renewal
- Implementation & migration to Microsoft Great Plains and so must be able to use this accounting package, as well as being able to use SAGE Line 100.
- Preparation of 2012 budgets and there conversion from SAGE to Great Plains format and their input into the Great Plains system.
In order to be considered for this role, you will:
• Qualified accountant
• MUST have past experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and SAGE Line 100
• have a service industry background;
• have experience in producing management accounts;
• have excellent knowledge of UK VAT for UK, European and International supplies and purchases;
• be degree educated with a 2:1 degree or above;
• have excellent excel skills;
• have excellent organisational skills;
• be able to work in a pressurised environment and work to tight deadlines;
