My award winning client based in Bristol are currently looking for a career focussed and high energy individual to join them as a trainee recruitment consultant.

The earning potential is superb, the highest performing trainee there in 2010 earned 70k and was a team leader by the end of his first year! If you can display self-motivation, tenacity and resilience you could also be in this position in a years time.

As the role is heavily geared towards generating new business through cold calls, excellent communication skills are a must. You will be responsible for your own 'patch’ or client base and to build it up will take hard work, dedication & perseverance.  

You can either be a straight grad or have previous sales experience, the important thing is that you’re not afraid of a challenge and willing to go that extra mile in order to achieve your goals.
