As they continues to grow they are seeking a Brand Implementation Designer to join the Content Design Team based at our Head Office.
Working with a team of in-house designers you will have creative flair and be able to take projects through the complete brand development and design process from concepts to a multi channel solution. As such, this role will provide an excellent opportunity to utilise your full range of brand, design and graphical skills to enhance the creative department.
Reporting to the Content Design Manager, the role will provide a range of duties including the following:
- To produce and develop innovative, consistent brand creative for all their channel products, meeting the requirements of the design brief and striving for excellence.
- Be the resident brand design expert within the creative team ensuring that is used in an innovative way to best promote products and promotions.
- Take ownership of all brand channel collateral to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across the board.
- Represent the design team at meetings for creative projects. Work to continually improve creative techniques and output, keeping abreast of the latest design innovations.
- Closely follow each design brief and meet the deadlines set by the Content Design Manager and other areas of the business.
Skills & Knowledge
To be considered for the role of Brand Implementation Designer you will be expected to have:
• Excellent core graphic design skills, with in-depth experience of Adobe CS5
• Experience in hand-coding XHTML & CSS.
• A thorough understanding of web Accessibility best practices and relevant W3C standards with respect to XHTML and CSS.
• Innovative outlook and a strong interest in new media technologies.
• Excellent working knowledge of design for print and pre press processes
• In-depth knowledge of brand consistency across multiple channels
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Advantageous Skills:
- Knowledge of broadcasting using the Albos Studio system
