VMR Consultants are a leading international consultancy specialising within niche markets across Europe. We are experts in our market and ensure a high level of professional service to our clients. We are currently seeking 30 graduate trainees to join our graduate training scheme. We provide what we believe to be the markets leading training scheme to all of our graduate trainees, with training comprising of audio and visual training, on-the-job shadowing with experienced consultants and 1-2-1 training with the Director.

Our training scheme allows for our trainee consultants to have regular access to training material and direct feedback from experienced consultants and the Director. This training is continued throughout your career at VMR Consultants with regular 1-2-1 training sessions and group training sessions, helping to make all of our consultant’s experts in their specific markets.

This is a unique opportunity to maximise your earning potential working with a market leading international consultancy. We have an unrivalled commission and salary structure where consultants can increase their basic salary up to £35K+ with uncapped commission. There are no thresholds and commission is paid up to 20%. This structure is unmatched within the Essex area, there is no opportunity like this open to graduates in the Essex area.
