As a Graduate Inside Sales Representative you will be charged with prospecting within an assigned territory to discover new opportunities, nurturing and closing deals with both new and existing customers. The first 13 weeks of your role will see you progress through the MicroFocus sales academy, receiving market-leading training and development to learn about the business, products, role, systems and the art of selling. No experience is necessary: you bring the drive and will to succeed, we’ll take care of the rest. Once your initial sales programme is complete, you will be ready to hit the ground running and given the independence to shape your own future, working closely with internal and external partners to improve the pace of business and create solutions to best serve customer needs.

• Educated to degree level: Preference for IT or technical degrees but this is not a must have
• Essential - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in one of the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French, German or Arabic. Candidates should either be nationals or have experience living within their relevant country
• Drive and ambition with the desire to succeed
• Full, preferably clean, UK driving licence
