£20,000 basic salary
£30K - £35k OTE 1st year, £45k+ OTE 2nd year

- They are looking to expand across further divisions, utilising their highly consultative Recruitment approach focussed on retaining existing business.
- To facilitate this growth, the business is seeking ambitious and intelligent graduates with some level of telephone based sales experience.

The Right Person
Essential:
- 12+ Month’s Sales Experience - Either:
- B2B Outbound Telephone Sales (Preferable)
- B2C Outbound Telephone Sales

The Role

- Contacting new businesses by telephone to establish new contacts and their precise recruitment requirements.
- Documenting a client's details and vacancy requirements in a remit.
- Clarifying and negotiating terms and conditions (code of practice) relating to the job role.
- Advertising posts appropriately - drafting and strategically advertising using a wide range of media, newspapers, magazines or local radio.
- Headhunting.
- Reviewing applications, managing and conducting interviews, and considering candidates and short-lists.
- Monitoring candidates when placed, providing a supervisory role collecting feedback from clients on the performance and suitability of candidates who have previously been placed with them.
- Maintaining current records and personal stats for review against performance targets.
- Acting as a mentor, instructing and training junior consultants.
