Central London based organisation requires a Technical Customer Advisor to provide technical support to a diverse client base.  Instinct’s client is an e-Learning Consultancy with tremendous list of clients in the education and corporate sectors. This Technical Customer support role would suit a confident IT or Business graduate with excellent communication skills. As first point on contact for customers with technical queries, the candidate must also be an amiable problem solver.  

Applicants for this Technical Customer Advisor role should be highly computer literate, preferably with an IT or Business related degree.  You must be able to show evidence of being extremely customer focused, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to articulate technical issues to none technical people.  Additionally you should be ambitious and like the idea of working in an entrepreneurial, small business environment where staff have flexible, changing roles.

Our client expects the successful candidate to move into a training, implementation and project management role. As such we require applicants to be able to clearly explain technical issues to customers and have strong organizational skills. Other day to day responsibilities will include website updates and recording helpdesk calls on the customer database.
