Salary: 22K Base, 40K OTE

My client has experienced incredible profit in 2012 and is now looking to expand its head count by taking on an influx of graduates in 2013. The company has been recognised for its high levels of success in the industry and has been placed in the Times 100 Best companies to work for.

Role

You will be joining the company as a Junior Consultant in the Sales department, selling corporative tickets to other large national based companies. You will be placed on a very hot desk with many warm leads however you will also be required to cold call companies to deliver new business. You will need to maintain existing relationships and ensure these accounts continue to grow.

Candidate

You do not need media sales experience to apply for this role, all my client is looking for is people wanting to further a career within the sales industry. Candidate must be articulate, ambitious, money motivated and resilient as this role requires a large element of business development and enlarging the existing client base. Candidates must have graduated last year so no 2013 Graduates as this role is for an immediate start.

Company benefits include a contributory pension scheme (minimum employee contribution of 5% matched by employer contribution of 8%), holidays starting at 25 days rising to 30 days per annum.
