Job Title - Graduate Trainee Headhunter/ Graduate trainee recruitment consultants, Full training provided.

Salary- £22,000 basic plus commission and benefits. OTE £50,000.

Location-Bristol.

UNRIVALLED EARNING POTENTIAL
Their record pay cheque to date is £69,000 in a month.
The top biller earned £193,000 last year and this years
top biller is on target for £200,000+. The top pay cheque
in October 2009 was £40,000+ and from July-September
2009 they had three monthly pay cheques over £15,000.
One trainee, who joined them in August 2009, has billed
£65,000 in his first 2 months.

consultant level up to director, as we believe you attract

A CAREER OPPORTUNITY NOT A JOB 
They are seeking to float or sell in the years to come and need to grow
to achieve this. They have already identified 15 other brands they want
to develop and we need directors to run these businesses. With the
company built off organic growth these people will come from within
our client, so it is very realistic that people joining now can
develop their career beyond the standard manager / team leader
status available at other recruitment companies.

Those developing and building brands will also benefit from our equity

and enables everyone to own a part of their business and benefit if
and when we float or sell.


BESPOKE TRAINING
They have recently brought in a trainer for 6 months who has
rolled out a FTSE 250 company training programme across
the business. They have daily, weekly and monthly training
sessions and appraisals and you are assigned a mentor to
ensure success is achieved.

HIGH MARGIN RECRUITMENT 
They operate in the high margin, high end of
recruitment with our average fee in excess of £20K
compared to our competitors whose average fee
is below £10K, hence even if we only place the
same number of people we still make twice as
much.

OUR REPUTATION / COVERAGE 
Their reputation amongst clients is unrivalled by our competitors
within the banking world with most other companies who
operate in our space either being small boutiques with few
clients or IT agencies professing to be experts in finance, but
actually have little leverage or client respect. They have 18 of the
top 20 global investment banks as our clients and over 2,100
clients globally from hedge funds to financial consultancies.

QUICK CAREER PROGRESSION

From the moment trainees join,  they are only ever 4
levels away from Directorship. Our most recently promoted director
was promoted at the age of 26 after only 4 years with company.

Most of our trainees can expect to be heading up an area and
managing trainees within 12-16 months of joining.

One of current heads of area has been with the business for 14
months is managing a team of 3 trainees and has seen his basic
salary increased to £35,000 (not to mention receiving very lucrative
team commission). There are no glass ceilings or office politics
around our promotions.
