A unique opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Recruitment Officer based in Birmingham. Working within a highly motivated and driven Human Resources department, you will be responsible for attracting the top calibre graduates to the company through activities such as: event management and developing relationships with key decision makers within selected universities. This is a highly challenging and fast paced role which demands a highly organised, articulate and pragmatic individual.
Role: Graduate Recruitment Officer
Salary: Attractive Salary and generous car allowance.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Using your experience within Graduate recruitment, your role as a Graduate Recruitment Officer will involve a range of activities within all stages of recruitment process. Specifically, your role will include:
Developing of a strong pipeline of graduates on a permanent and 12 month placement basis.
Development and utilisation of specific graduate recruitment strategies in close conjunction with university career officers.
Attend universities for event related activities.
Sell and promote our clients brand.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with student leaders and representative.
Organising assessment / recruitment days
The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level and be able to demonstrate success within a Graduate recruitment position. You will be a natural leader and organiser who is able to successfully organise and run recruitment events and driven to deliver results within a fast paced and dynamic environment. Furthermore, you will need to be a natural relationship builder where an ability to demonstrate empathy with students, graduates and university contacts is key.
