Chase and Holland is an independent recruitment business specialising in Finance and HR recruitment. 2012 sees us entering our 5th year of trading.

We have 3 office locations and deal with a growing marketplace which includes South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire. Due to demand for our services, we are keen to speak to graduates who want a career in recruitment. Ideally you will have already have some sales experience - if not you will be able to demonstrate some solid office based experience. Ideally you will be flexible to work at any of our locations.

So what does a recruitment consultant do?
A recruitment consultants life is a busy one with no two days ever being the same. Using your expert consulting skills, your role will be to ensure suitable candidates are introduced to clients and that long term successful business relationships are made. Our work is split between phone based activity and face to face meetings/interviews. As a Chase and Holland recruitment specialist, you consult advise and guide throughout every step of the recruitment cycle.

Traits which you should already have and be able to further develop are: thick skin; tenacity; resilience; common sense; good relationship building skills; enjoys meeting people; desire to succeed; team player.

Who do we want to hear from?
Graduates! We are flexible on what type of degree you have - its more about you and what you can offer us. As already mentioned you must have some office based work experience (sales experience would be great!)

It is also important that you have a full driving license and have access to your own transport.

What can we offer you?
We have a structured training programme which sees you exploring the three cycles of recruitment, learning about how the job is done and how Chase and Holland operate in the market before you are fully operational. You will work closely with a buddy who is an experienced consultant and who will help and support you. Once you are fully operational you have a realistic set of objectives (financial and non financial) which when achieved can see you moving on up the ladder within the business.
With further division locations and specialisms to come, for the right people there will be plenty for you to be getting on with as your career progresses.
