£25,000 - £28,000 pro rata.

We are looking for a highly-skilled graduate or existing Tester / Coder who is enthusiastic about the internet, who learns quickly and is excited about web design. 

You'll be coding and implementing website tests for some of the world's largest online businesses. With real responsibility from day one we need someone with programming, testing and design competencies to take control of a unique opportunity.

The role involves a steep learning curve but if you are good enough you’ll love working with us.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

> Working with the Analyst team to turn in-depth data analysis into on-site changes on some of the web’s most exciting businesses.

> Coding and implementing different types of website tests.

> Providing technical support to our clients who want to run their own tests.

> Designing wireframes and other tests to try and improve website profits.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

> Educated in the field of Computer Science or another discipline with a programming focus.

> You must have very strong Javascript skills and experience of website design packages, server-side coding and content management systems.

> Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing from the experiment design to analysis of results.

> Able to work comfortably with a variety of Operating Systems - Mac, Unix and Windows.

> Experience of technical troubleshooting.

> Scripting and automation experience would be highly beneficial.

> The desire to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced start up environment.
