Job Title: Graduate Pricing Analyst
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
Salary: £21k

Purpose of the Job:
* To help grow the business profitably through day-to-day execution of the pricing plans and processes
* To analyze and process sales pricing requests and recommend tactics and strategies in line with growth opportunities, customer solution design and cost-to-serve elements
* To present pricing recommendations to management to ensure buy-in and approval
* To manage day-to-day work according to KPI plans and suggest enhancements/improvements to processes, systems, business initiatives to meet and beat these plans
* To help improve usage and utilization of pricing tools in the organization focusing on achieving high quality contracts
and effective pricing structures

Responsibilities:
* Processes pricing requests for new and existing customer opportunities
* Supports the sales organization in growing the business profitably through high quality and timely analysis according to the pricing plans and guidelines
* Manages profitability of customers and takes necessary steps to improve margins or total contribution during pricing analysis
* Liaises cross functionally with Sales, Finance and Industrial Engineering departments to gather necessary facts to understand the opportunity in full and to fine tune pricing recommendations, given customer specific solutions and cost elements
* Administers customer contract management and ensures compliance to internal audit guidelines

The successful candidate will have the following skills;

* Degree in a Business or Finance subject
* Previous work experience in a Marketing or a commercial setting
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills
* Results oriented; makes things happen
* Self motivated to achieve deadlines in a target driven environment
* Good communication skills (oral and written)
* Quality drive; eye for detail
* Multi-tasking and flexibility
* Strong in MS Excel, and good knowledge on MS Access, PowerPoint and Word
* Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
