Lean Graduate Management Trainee – Unipart Rail (Lean Programme)
Salary up to £24,000 plus incentives
As a Management Trainee on our Lean Graduate Scheme, you'll enjoy a fast-paced development programme jam-packed with non-stop learning, including the industry leading, award winning Unipart Way philosophy and its tools and techniques.
Initially based in Doncaster but with the requirement to work across a number of different locations both in the UK and Overseas. Candidates must be flexible and able to undertake extensive travel as the training will require moving round the business on various Lean projects.
Getting hands-on in different business unit operations, you'll get stuck in straight away. You'll need to pick up technical, personal and leadership skills along your way, but you'll soon be taking responsibility for small teams and projects.
With lots more opportunities coming your way, by the end of your 2 years, you'll be on the road to being a consultant in what is a major international business. And who knows where from there?

• A minimum 2.1 degree (BA, BSc).
• A high degree of IT literacy with a thirst for understanding and mastering new technology.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• An analytical and questioning mind – prepared to challenge the norms.
• High standards of written communication, verbal, numerical and inductive reasoning.
• Skill in analysis and problem solving.
• Flexible and willing to travel.
You will be supervised and supported by highly experienced professionals throughout the programme and you will have the opportunity to gain expert knowledge of this growing sector and skills that will equip you to work on a range of future projects in the UK and abroad.
