- This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or equivalent or candidate with financial mathematical and statistical experience.
- Processing administration to ensure productivity, quality and service level targets are consistently met.
- To enter data onto the medical underwriting systems.
- Coordinating the telephone and field underwriting interviews.
- Calculation of benefit levels
- Responsible for the issuing of underwriting requirements to IFA’s, professionals, employers and employees.
- To liaise with customers, including professionals, IFA’s, employers and employees to ensure the receipt of evidence required to underwrite.
- Compliant with policies, procedures and guidelines on the holding of confidential evidence.
- Ensure the continued protection of information, by following all applicable Information Security policies and procedures and by reporting suspected weaknesses in information security controls to the Information Security Officer.
- Understand how Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Risk Management relate to both your own role and your divisional activities and highlight any opportunities for improvement.
