Global Demand Planner

We are recruiting a temporary to permanent Demand Planner to join a professional team to ensure a continuous outstanding reputation for innovation, quality, performance and reliability, plus the best pre and post sales support the industry has to offer.

Job responsibilities are:

Design and implement globalm cross functional Demand Planning processes and improvement initiative to ensure process capability.
Define and implement functional excellence of demand forecasting processe, reporting and quality control / audit the forecast and sales for each sales region.
Lead the Global demand collation as required and provide support where necessary.
Analyse and report on the company's demand and highligh key changes / issues arising.
Contribut to the business Strategy Planning processes including medium and long term planning and 5 year simulation exercises.
Establish processes to predict, monitor and communicate impacts on lead times and customer fulfillment when capacity is constrained.
Support the gLobal Inventory team with policy and strategy as it related to the planning and demand management.
Establish effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, finance, commercial, logistics, and operations / marketing, key customers, and liasie with them on a regular basis.
Train and develop demand planning skills within the business.
Overseas travel required approximatly 20% of the time.

The ideal candidate will have a degree preferably in the field of supply chain, economics, busines logistics or finance.
It is essential that you have extensive demand planning experience in a multi site organisation, and demonstratable experience of working in a matrix structure.
