Red Hat is looking for a Global Account Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for identifying, nurturing and closing opportunities with existing Global customers located in Germany, managing forecasts on a quarterly basis, and tracking customer data. You will also cooperate with the Global Account Manager (GAM), internal and external partners to improve the velocity of business and to create solutions that serve the best interests of our customers and Red Hat.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Sell Red Hat's Enterprise offerings, products, and services into a defined set of Global Accounts in Germany.
* Answer sales queries via phone and email and process leads in accordance with Red Hat's service level agreements for the GAM.
* Meet assigned sales quotas, growing and renewing existing customer relationships, and acquiring new business.
* Manage forecasts, close deals, record sales activity, and track customer data using company standard CRM tools.
* Send proposals and quotes of specific solutions to sell into existing global accounts.
* Establish and maintain relationships with partners and distributors. Provide assistance with purchase process, subscription activation, and renewals
* Maintain and update pipeline for accurate weekly forecast.
* Support and collaborate with GAM on all administrative tasks around the existing Global Accounts in Germany
Job Requirements* 2+ years successful quota-carrying sales experience, good attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Technical background, especially with Unix or Linux, would be an advantage
* Good administration skills, attention to detail, results orientated, good customer service.
* Ability to work as part of a young and dynamic team whilst demonstrating flexibility, autonomy and a desire to make things happen.
