The Client

Our client is a highly successful engineering firm with offices all over the world. They are offering an exciting new opportunity for someone to develop sales across Europe and in particular Germany.

The product you will be selling is a highly niche product so the ability to understand and sell a technical product is highly desirable as is the ability to speak a small level of German.

Responsibilities

• Interaction with high profile companies throughout Europe selling a bespoke niche product
• Getting past gatekeepers and speaking with decision makers to discuss the current usage of this product
• Liaising with the design team and engineers to ensure correct usage of products
• Attending meetings with clients in the UK and occasional European Travel.

Experience Required

• You will ideally have a background selling technical products and services ideally into the manufacturing industry
• You will need to speak a level of German that will enable you to get past gatekeepers
• You will be a keen business developer with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will be enthusiastic about what you do ad have the drive and ambition to achieve your goals
• Team player, self-motivated, keen to develop and continually improve your abilities, skills and experience
