German Speaking Customer Service Assistant

A fluent German Customer Service Assistant is urgently required
for a fantastic opportunity to work for a large growing global organisation
based in Cambridge for a music company as a Customer Service Representative
(off-line) Must be fluent German to
start asap, you must be flexible to below shift patterns and be able to commit for
at least a 5 week period with the possibility to be extended.

Role: Customer Service representative

Pay rate: £7.00 / £8.00 ph

40 hours per week, shifts between 6am - 10pm over a 7 days
period

Location: Cambridge

Duties:

• Replying to customers queries
• Taking responsibility for all customers outstanding
  issues
• Making sure that customers receive 100% outstanding
  service
• Be able to answer technology questions

Must haves:

• Can do attitude
• Flexible with the shift patterns
• Be able to commit for a 2 month period
• Have an interest in music and technology
• The ability to sympathise with customers
• Fluent German is a must

You will be working in a relaxed environment and will people
who show great enthusiasm.
