My client on the outskirts of Gloucester is looking for an experienced German Speaking Customer Services Representative to join their busy department.
This Company has set the goal of sustaining a world-class level of performance and they are looking for the right candidate with a high motivation and ambitious drive to join the Customer Service team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellence in customer service (for external and internal customers)
- Account Management (mostly by telephone, but Customers visits may be required involving European travel)
- Prompt customer communication
- Provide help and advice to customers using the organisation’s products or services
- Investigate and solve customer issues (via network of business/functional contacts)
- Develop knowledge on products, systems/processes and business environment/customers
- Utilise best practices for order fulfilment to enable lowest-cost solution
- Ascertain customers future product needs and update forecasts for S&OP
- Maintain master files on customer data and prices, and provide support to Rebate Controller
- Resolve daily credit issues (customer limits exceeded/over dues)
- Co-ordination of customer deliveries from a 3rd party service provider
Qualifications/Requirements
- English and German
- SAP knowledge for order processing preferred, but excellent computing skills essential
Desired Experience
- Previous experience in Customer service/Supply Chain is highly desirable.
