German Speaking Client Services Executive

German Customer Support Staff, Milton Park £up to £21k plus discretionary bonus

My client sells images to a wide range of clients from around the world and requires a German Speaking Customer Support Officer. You will be dealing with publishers, designers, marketers and advertising agencies as well as liaising with the contributing photographers and agencies. Working closely with the Sales Team you will deal with a number of in-bound calls and email enquires, all connected to the sale and licensing of imagery. This role is about building client relationships and going the extra mile.

We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a customer service environment or similar, is confident speaking to clients over the telephone and who has great organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail is vital in this role as you will be providing quotes to clients and answering queries. An interest in media, photography and/or the creative marketplace is preferred but not essential. Fluency in German and English is essential as are excellent communication with strong customer service skills.

36¼ hrs per week - Day shifts between 8.30am and 6.15pm
