Our client is an international eCommerce company 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to support clients in Germany, they wish to recruit a German speaking Client Relations Associate. Your role will be to work as the primary contact for customers in order to maximize customer satisfaction and drive products and services.  The role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

• Reach out to client partners via telephone to train, educate, encourage, problem-solve and gather customer feedback
• Work with clients to maximize their online opportunity by improving their software configuration and engaging more fully
• Lead regular online seminars whose subjects range from basic software training to online marketing best practices
• Work with the Customer Support and Field Operations teams to escalate technical problems and enhance customer satisfaction 
• Act as the high-level point of escalation for customer concerns
• Assist clients with website changes, product additions, product removals, and other account status change processes

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• Fluency in German and English
• Account management experience in a telephone-based support center environment
• Excellent communication, listening, influencing and training skills
• A demonstrated client services bias
• Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic call-centre environment and across departments to solve problems and achieve results  
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining business / customer relationship remotely
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is essential
• Proven training experience   

SALARY
€37,000 to €40,000
