German Speaking Technical Support Advisor £16,000 per annum

MUST HAVE CISCO QUALIFICATION

You must have:                                                           

Exceptional spoken and written English and German.

Excellent technical / software knowledge

Helpdesk / Troubleshooting experience

Excellent Customer Service skills, preferably in a Call Centre environment

Your job will involve:    

Providing technical support via e-mail and telephone

Logging calls accurately and in accordance with guidelines

Solving customers’ technical queries in an efficient and polite manner
