We are currently recruiting for a German speaking Customer Care Agent to join our client in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities: 

Reporting to the team manager you will be involved in handling incoming calls in German and English.  This will involve claim handling and in some cases handling sensitive data such as credit card details.  In addition, you will be expected to dealing with incoming and outbound emails, faxes and letters.  The support is for German and English customers at the moment.

Requirements:

Exceptional spoken and written English and German

Experience of or aptitude for Customer Service

A strong sense of urgency, initiative and competitive drive

Able to prioritize and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines

Be familar with and comfortable using the internet and email.

You must be a good team player and have the ability to work under pressure.
