This highly acclaimed company has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Advisor who can communicate effectively in both German and English.  You will work within the dynamic customer service team providing a professional and effective service to all customers both external and internal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers
• Place, process and manage orders dealing with any amendments that may occur
• Resolve any queries/enquires relating to orders made by customers
• Manage the collections & returns of products

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a customer service or office environment, be computer literate, and have a pleasant telephone manner and first class communication skills.  In return for your valued skills and experience, you will be rewarded with a great salary of up to £18,000
