Job Description
The position is responsible for playing and prospecting generation and risk evaluation, geophysical support for an unconventional play or development. The role need to do the borehole, micro and surface seismic design, processing and interpretation with strong fundamental geophysical interpretation skill set, which including well to seismic correlation, seismic mapping, velocity model building, depth conversion, 3D visualization reservoir properties from seismic work flow, AVO analysis, acoustic and elastic inversion and survey design.
Qualified applier should have bachelor’s degree in Geophysics or a related science as appropriate to the required discipline. A minimum of 15 years of related experience within the oil/gas industry, with at least 5 years of the experience in unconventional hydrocarbon basins. Prior consulting/secondment experience a plus.
