•Implement strategies and actions to achieve sales objectives: with strong emphasis on the retail contract,
dealer inventory planning and wholesale order portfolios. Focus must be on all product lines and resulting in increased share of market and increased gross margin through strong control of discounts.
•Management of the Area Sales Managers considering journey planning and how they manage their daily activities with a strong emphasis on Team working
•Elaborate and implement a development plan for each of the Sales Managers.
•Manage and track dealer performance against the dealer business plan and objectives for all product lines on a
monthly basis, initiating remedial actions as required
Person Specification
Desired Skills & Experience
•An in-depth appreciation of sales, marketing and product related activities associated with agricultural tractors
and harvesting equipment.
•Experience of leading a Team with a high level of discipline . Experience in a Sales & Marketing environment.
•Good level of computer literacy is essential.
