Job Description,

• The General Manager will be responsible for the day to day running and control of the hotel, seeking and developing every opportunity to maximise revenues and profit.
• Implementing and monitoring a high standard of customer service and care
• Managing Heads of Department in all hotel disciplines
• Planning and implementing longer term strategies to enhance business potential for the Hotel in line with the Company Strategy
