General Manager - Private Healthcare Sector - Central London - up to £45,000 + up to £10,000 bonus (£55,000 OTE)
Our client, a leading private healthcare company specialising in aesthetics / cosmetic surgery, is looking to recruit a Business Manager to run the company's lead clinic in Central London. Our client is looking for someone who has the perfect blend of astute business experience and inclusive "hands on" leadership.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing a dynamic and cohesive team at the clinic and in meeting performance and business targets. The role will involve liaising with all operational departments to ensure best practise is delivered and working with the senior team to communicate the vision and values of the business to its customers. The postholder will also be responsible for recruiting and retaining staff on site, developing and delivering increased level of customer satisfaction and retention and liaising with clinical specialists to ensure clinical standards are met.
To apply, candidates should be degree qualified or equivalent and must have experience in the private healthcare sector. Extensive experience in a senior management position, experience in managing a complex P & L and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams of 25+ staff are all essential for this position. Candidates must also have strong customer service liasion skills and be skilled in handling and dealing with customer complaints. Experience of working in a multisite role would be an advantage , as would evidence of implementing service improvement programmes.
Salary for the role will be up to £45,000 and there is the potental to earn a bonus of up to £10,000 - the company offers a range of other benefits.
