Responsibilities

Our General Managers have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the whole Club. This includes:

• Full responsibility for Budget Management 

• Successfully achieving and exceeding all Financial Targets 

• Recruiting, training, coaching and developing your team who will deliver exceptional customer service and a great memorable customer experience. 

• Delivering and continuously improving service and standards across the club making sure your club exceeds it's objectives. 

• Motivating and leading staff to ensure good staff retention and a positive club attitude. 

• Overall responsibility for Stock Rotation, 

• Overall responsibility for ensuring all practices comply with Health & Safety, HACCP and environmental health legislation and procedures

Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour

We are interested to hear from experienced Managers from Retail, Leisure or Hospitality who are both people and business focussed. Your previous experience may include management of a leisure centre, cinema, chain restaurant, high street store or you could be a department manager in a supermarket. 

We are looking for candidates who have a track record of enthusiastic and results driven leadership, have excellent management skills and are able to demonstrate examples of previous work which has shown a commitment to putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
