Job Description
The role will be directly focused on the success and profitability of the pub. This is food led operation so attention must lead on consistent quality, production and GP. The development and motivation of your team will be paramount to the success of the property with attention to detail on customer service and quality products. Reaching out to business, leisure and the student market is pivotal.
Person Specification
You will be an experienced bar and restaurant general manager with a positive can-do attitude, strong food management, cask ale experience and sales focused business acumen with a successful career path. A working knowledge of a busy food orientated environment is essential for you to succeed and take over this already flourishing venue.
