GENERAL MANAGER / RESTAURANT MANAGER - About the role

• You will help the team and support the Managers to achieve profitable sales and delight customers with excellent service.
• The ideal applicant will have a flair for catering or retailing as well as a proven record in developing sales and achieving KPI's coupled with a love of food and a passion for the business.
• You need to be an expert in your field, driven by customer service excellence, have confident presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
• You will have commercial acumen and be driven by success and maximising all opportunities within the business and your team.

GENERAL MANAGER / RESTAURANT MANAGER - What experience do you need?

People, operational and commercial skills are all crucial for this challenging role which is an ideal next step for someone looking to develop their career. Ideally you will currently work as or have experience of being a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Retail Manager, Supervisor or Deputy Manager.
