FUNDS AND INDIRECT REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE - LONDON
Our client is a Legal 100 firm with over 800 employees in the UK, offering a wide range of services to major national and international institutional, corporate, governmental and public sector clients. They aim to deliver as clearly and concisely as possible the highest quality advice. The sectors they represent range from defence to technology.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate to join our clients` Legal 500 rated Funds and Indirect Real Estate department in London. The role will include involvement in matters such as offshore funds; limited partnerships, LLPs and general partnerships; sales and acquisitions of high value real estate involving share purchase agreements; investment management, asset management, fund management and development management agreements; pooled investment vehicles; tax driven structures and pan-European investment structures.
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years` PQE including high quality Corporate experience. You must have Luxembourg Funds experience and Corporate Real Estate or Funds experience is also desirable. You must have strong technical skills. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to proactively drive transactions forward. You must have an adaptable and flexible attitude. You must have a desire and ability to fully contribute towards the further development of the business including fostering good client relationships.
